Welcome to ERA AI. By downloading our desktop software, creating an account on our web portal, or purchasing a premium license key, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. License & Usage Rights
Upon paying the required registration fee, ERA AI grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the ERA AI Desktop Application.
- You may use the application for personal or internal business workflows.
- You may not distribute, share, lease, sell, or rent your license key to any third party.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the binary files of the desktop application.
2. User Account and Security
Access to our software download page requires logging in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any unauthorized activity under your authenticated session must be reported to us immediately.
3. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities
We expect users to operate in good faith. You agree not to use the ERA AI system, API endpoints, or automation workflows to:
- Perform high-frequency automated spamming or distribution of malicious files.
- Bypass paywalls, license checks, or session verification mechanisms.
- Disrupt the hosting web server or API endpoints of the ERA AI platform.
4. Limitation of Liability
ERA AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous, error-free operation of our AI modules, third-party integrations, or system automation tools. Under no circumstances shall ERA AI or its developers be held liable for any data loss, workflow disruption, or financial damage resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
5. Governing Law & Modifications
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the Last Updated date will be revised. Continued use of the software constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms and Conditions.
