• Payment and Billing Info: All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store credit card details or bank account credentials on our servers. Razorpay shares transaction ID, payment status, and order details with us to activate your software license.
• Local App Data: The ERA AI desktop application stores your local settings, keys, and configurations directly on your personal computer. We do not upload your personal files or custom scripts to our servers unless explicitly requested for backup.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Authenticate your account and grant access to the software download page.
• Verify purchase status and activate the premium license key on your desktop app.
• Identify and resolve technical errors or licensing issues.
• Send transactional emails, receipt confirmations, and critical security updates.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your account profile and subscription status are stored securely on MongoDB databases. We implement standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data transmission. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Cookies and Sessions

We use essential cookies and JSON Web Tokens (JWT) stored in your browser to maintain your logged-in session. These cookies are required for the web application to function properly and automatically expire when your session ends or you log out.
