Thank you for choosing ERA AI. We aim to deliver a premium experience with our desktop assistant software and automation tools. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon successful transaction, we adhere to the following refund and cancellation policy:
1. No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of license keys and premium access tiers are final and non-refundable.
- Once a software license key is generated, verified, and linked to your email address, it is considered "used" and cannot be revoked.
- We do not offer partial refunds or pro-rated credits for billing cycles.
- To ensure that ERA AI meets your needs, please read all feature descriptions and system requirements before proceeding with the payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
You can choose to stop using the software at any time. If you do so, no future charges will apply.
- There are no recurring monthly commitments unless you signed up for a subscription tier. Single-payment lifetime/annual license keys do not require cancellation.
- If you have a recurring billing plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
3. Support and Problem Resolution
We stand behind our software. If you encounter any technical issues with license key activation, software download, or runtime operation, we are dedicated to helping you resolve them:
- Our support team will assist you in debugging installation issues or setting up API keys on your system.
- In the rare event of billing anomalies (e.g. you were charged multiple times for a single purchase), please contact us immediately. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5-7 working days.
