ERA AI grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to operate the ERA AI Windows application.

You may not distribute, lease, sell, or rent your license key or account access to third parties.

Commercial and personal productivity workflows are permitted.

No reverse engineering or source code extraction. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover, extract, reconstruct, or obtain the source code of ERA AI's proprietary software, or assisting anyone in doing so, is strictly prohibited. Such unauthorized activity is a breach of these Terms and may violate applicable intellectual property laws. ERA AI will take legal action against violations and pursue remedies available under applicable law, including injunctive relief and damages. This restriction applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and does not override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or permissions granted by applicable third-party licenses.
